Becoming Soul Centered

Your assignment for next week is to focus on the energy field of each person you normally come into contact with on a daily basis.  For the first five minutes of contact refrain from talking with them and just absorb their energy field.  Stop your ego from immediately spinning the tale of what you think of them and how they make you feel.  Notice what their energy feels like and then picture it in your mind.  What would it look like?  Now notice if you are caught up in it.  This is an important step in developing your awareness.  Far too many people get caught up in other peoples’ agitation, criticism, complaining, anger and depression.  This occurs because their IRP is their ego.

They are primarily thinking of their past or future and have given no thought to their own energy field.  This leaves them wide open to get co-opted by someone else’s energy field and get carried along.  If you find yourself in this situation you have been giving away your power and allowing your mind to be run by others’.  Begin each day by breathing deeply, meditating and becoming soul centered.  With this comes an awareness of your own energy field and an unwillingness to allow it to be trodden upon by others’.
